LAND4CLIMATE ist das erste EU-Projekt, das zeigt, wie private Landbesitzer durch nachhaltige Bewirtschaftung ihrer Flächen maßgeblich zur Abmilderung der Folgen des Klimawandels in ihrer Region beitragen können. Unsere Aufgabe war es, das Projekt mit einer 2D-Animation vorzustellen, um öffentliche Einrichtungen und NGOs über die Ziele und Ansätze von LAND4CLIMATE zu informieren.
Das vorhandene Gestaltungselement „Felder aus der Vogelperspektive“ haben wir immer wieder im Video aufgegriffen, um eine visuelle Verbindung zwischen den verschiedenen Kommunikationsschnittstellen herzustellen. Vorhandene Muster haben wir durch zusätzliche, passende Muster ergänzt. Da das Thema „Natur“ im Mittelpunkt stand, haben wir vor allem natürliche Elemente wie Bäume, Felder, Wiesen und Berge dargestellt – allerdings in geometrisch reduzierte Formen übersetzt. So entstand ein klarer, harmonischer Look, der an die flächigen Parzellen aus der Vogelperspektive anschließt. Abgerundet wird das Video durch ein Sounddesign, das Natürlichkeit betont und eine ruhige, positive Atmosphäre schafft.
LAND4CLIMATE is the first EU funded project to show how private landowners can make a significant contribution to mitigating the impacts of climate change in their region through sustainable land management. Our task was to present the project with a 2D animation to inform public institutions and NGOs about the goals and approaches of LAND4CLIMATE.
The existing design element “fields from a bird’s-eye view” was repeatedly integrated into the video to create a visual link between the different communication touchpoints. Existing patterns were complemented with additional, matching patterns. Since the theme of “nature” was central, we focused on natural elements such as trees, fields, meadows, and mountains – translated into geometrically reduced shapes. This created a clear, harmonious look that connects back to the parcel-like structures seen from above. The video is rounded off with a sound design that emphasizes naturalness and conveys a calm, positive atmosphere.
